We can’t imagine what it’d be like to watch your kid struggle with a public break-up (or, you know, publicly cheat with a married man), which is why we sympathize with Jules Stewart when she comes to her daughter’s defense. ?It?s not my affair,? the script supervisor told to OK! Of course, it’s not just extremely enraged 13-year-olds on Tumblr or photogs that are interested in KStew. Rumor has it Rob Pattinson has also allegedly been calling her up. Since those calls allegedly take place in the dead of night and involve him being more than a little drizzy, we guess you’d call that “drunk dialing.” “Rob had been avoiding her calls, but now they’re talking ? well, they’re barely talking,” a source told In Touch. “There’s a lot of dead silence on the phone because there’s not a lot to talk about.” Well, that’s some gossip we find both sad and totally believable. Haven’t we all made a weepy phone call at 4:00am that we regretted the next morning? You need to hide his phone when he’s had a few, Reese! Just know that we deeply sympathize with you, Rob. We sympathize with pretty much everyone in this situation, actually. Well…not so much Rupert Sanders. The man has children, for pete’s sake!

Tweeting Underwater Swimming Photos A Thing

See ya later, selfies! There’s a new social media photography cliche in town! And this one makes you look like you’re an attraction at Sea World. In the past few weeks, several of the fame world’s fabbest figures have found a new way to flaunt their physique: by posting underwater photos of themselves swimming to Twitter. Model Bar Refaeli kicked off the trend in July by tweeting a photo of herself in a pool with the caption “Feels Like Teen Spirit.”

We’re guessing that the Kardashian’s are huge Nirvana fans, because they soon jumped on the bandwagon with Kim getting snapped in a similar but more choreographed pose. Never ones to do things alone, she had sister Kendall lend her a hand with her own underwater dolphin pic. And yesterday, Victoria’s Secret Angel Marisa Miller posted her own rendition of the look, showing off her burgeoning baby belly in the process. Are you down with this new twitter trend? It’s pretty easy, as long as you’ve got a waterproof phone case and a pool. Oh, and a rockin’ bikini bod, apparently!

Ashton Kutcher, Mariah Carey Will Earn A Lot On
TV, But Not As Much As Judge Judy

According to TV Guide‘s latest survey of salaries for TV actors, hosts and judges, the average pay rate has gone down in recent years. The reason, they say, is that a lot of movie stars are getting into TV, and competition is pushing down prices. So, you know, the typical star of a new TV show might only earn $30,000 an episode (tiny tears). Still, there are some mighty impressive paychecks being earned by the big names. Ashton Kutcher, for example, is raking in $700,000 an episode for his second season on Two and a Half Men, and his co-star Jon Cryer earns a not-too-shabby $600,000 per. They’re followed close behind by NCIS star Mark Harmon at $500,000 an ep (yes, that show is still on the air and very popular; ask your grandma). Mariah Carey’s $17 million gig on American Idol makes her reality-TV’s top earner.

But those folks have nothing on the syndicated TV stars. Judge Judy gets a reported $45 million a year, while Joe Brown and Kelly Ripa earn $20 million. David Letterman earns $28 million, and Jay Leno is a bargain at $25 mil. This makes sense of course, since all of the above work throughout the year, as opposed to your typical TV series. But if you’re planning your career, kids, the moral here is that there’s no money in sitcoms — go straight for the robe and gavel!
